During this call, we’ll determine if you’re a good fit for us and if we’re a great fit for you. This call is designed to gauge your level of interest in our franchise. We’ll answer any questions you have and get to understand your expectations of this endeavor. How fast do you want to go? Will you need assistance with financing? Also known as our Discovery Event, this can be done remotely or in person. During this event, you’ll meet members of our leadership team as well as members of each department. We'll discuss all questions you may have regarding marketing, training, etc. prior to executing a development agreement.

It’s time to execute the agreement! You’ll also pay any fees and schedule a real estate planning meeting.

Watch your future Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop franchise come to life! You’ll work with our real estate and construction departments for every phase of this process, from finding the location to negotiating the lease to building it out and getting it equipped for opening day.

Our training process includes both corporate as well as local restaurant training. This three-phase program consists of online, corporate shops and classrooms, and on-site restaurant training at your Capriotti’s prior to opening as well as afterward. We’ll make sure you—and your entire team—are more than ready to impress your guests from day one.

The day is finally here! After all your hard work, dedication, and preparation, you’ll finally open your doors to your friends, neighbors, and community.
